Part II Architectural Assistant / Architect / Architectural Technologist

LB Design Recruitment is working in partnership with a respected RIBA-chartered, known for its work on new builds, refurbishments, and projects in conservation areas. Their portfolio includes bespoke private homes, rural estates, agricultural diversification schemes, urban regeneration, and community-led developments.

They are seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant, recently qualified Architect, or Architectural Technologist to join their small but busy team.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Passionate about traditional architecture and design
• Experience in residential projects, both private and commercial
• Strong technical skills are an advantage
• Proficiency in Vectorworks is essential
• Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
• Comfortable working in a collaborative studio environment
