Stocks Hotel is a luxury 23 room 4* country house hotel on the island of Sark. Providing highly acclaimed and outstanding service exclusively to our resident guests. Chef Manager Live in The hotel is currently looking for an experienced Chef Manager to provide practical direction to all members of the kitchen team. A hands-on team player who is used to cooking using fresh seasonal produce, whilst effectively managing a kitchen team and liaising directly with internal departments and external suppliers.
