As a Banking Operations Control Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank, you will lead and develop an enhanced control framework to support ongoing risk assessment and management.
Job Responsibilities- Assist in designing and implementing control frameworks to ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
- Build relationships with banking operations stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks related to products and services.
- Support audit activities, control testing, process reviews, and issue management.
- Conduct risk assessments for product development and changes, ensuring risks are identified and addressed.
- Monitor and improve the effectiveness of controls.
