Business Practicum Opportunity

A Business Practicum will work on projects alongside a faculty mentor that allow them to integrate academic experience into real-world situations. The professional experience involves 45 hours per credit hour of applied learning experiences and/or projects, giving the student access to business industry tasks. Students log field experience hours that include working, observing and providing assistance on a business-related project in order to gain practical and professional experience.

* Integrate and apply what they have learned in their coursework to an experiential learning experience in a business capacity.

* Develop practical expertise in an area related to business, gain experience in communication, teamwork and critical thinking, and produce work and/or projects that contribute to a business project.

* Effectively communicate through writing about their experiential learning experience
