Entry-Level Technical Project Manager – Mobile Applications Location: Greater Boston area Type: 6 month contract-Full-time Our client, a global leader in innovative consumer products, is seeking an Entry-Level Technical Project Manager to join their Mobile Applications team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of the next generation of connected mobile apps that power products across categories—from smart vacuums to advanced home appliances. As a Technical Project Manager, you\’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning hardware, firmware, cloud services, and UX/UI to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of cutting-edge mobile applications. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a highly collaborative and technical environment. What You’ll Do: Drive Project Planning & Execution Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with hardware, firmware, and cloud teams Build and manage detailed project plans to align with broader product and business objectives Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams Facilitate communication between engineering, design, QA, and product teams Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to keep teams aligned Risk Management & Issue Resolution Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Manage the triage of issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous progress Track Progress & Report Updates Maintain accurate project documentation including requirements, status reports, and timelines Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project milestones Foster Innovation & Continuous Improvement Support an environment of collaboration and innovation Stay informed on trends in mobile development, project management, and consumer technology What We’re Looking For: Skills & Attributes Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a range of audiences Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working across technical domains and bridging gaps between hardware and software teams Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Eagerness to grow, learn, and contribute in a dynamic team environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP) or a Master’s degree are a plus Experience (internships, co-ops, or up to 2 years professional) in technical project management or mobile app development coordination preferred Basic understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle, QA, and release management processes If you’re an effective, proactive communicator with a passion for technology and product development, and you’re ready to jump into a critical role supporting mobile innovation—Apply now!
