Overview: Performs general administrative duties supporting day-to-day departmental operations for the UK&I Group Head and the UK&I ‘Growth Accounts’ team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone coverage, schedule meetings, arrange travel, handle expense reports, maintain calendars, generate copies, screen mail, file documents, order supplies, and manage departmental records.
- Develop or prepare correspondence, memoranda, research reports, presentations, or other documentation using specified software; conduct research on assigned topics.
- Handle internal and external inquiries by screening calls, answering questions, and redirecting to appropriate personnel.
- Provide coverage for other UK&I Business Assistants as needed, including phone coverage and scheduling.
- Analyze data from multiple sources, draw conclusions, and recommend changes for managerial review.
- Maintain and track departmental reports, such as budgets, on an ongoing basis.
- Coordinate logistics for complex meetings and activities, including internal and external meetings, conferences, symposiums, and interviews.
- Work with discretion and care when handling sensitive or confidential information related to the department or company.
- Support SVP account management for NatWest Group.
- Complete analyses for the UK&I Bank Partnerships team to assess performance, such as T&E budget utilization and strategic customer account management dashboards.
