The Role
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation across a broad range of immigration matters
- Assist businesses in applying for UK sponsor licences to recruit talent from overseas
- Guide employers through Skilled Worker visa applications, including salary and skill threshold compliance
- Advise on Right to Work checks to ensure compliance before employment
- Support individuals with applications under the EU Settlement Scheme and indefinite leave to remain
- Manage sponsor licences, ensuring businesses comply with Home Office duties
- Handle visa applications, extensions, work permits, and asylum cases
- Represent clients in hearings, tribunals, and appeals
- Stay up to date with UK immigration law changes, ensuring clients receive accurate, proactive advice
- Draft and review key legal documents, including petitions and appeals
