The Role

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation across a broad range of immigration matters
  • Assist businesses in applying for UK sponsor licences to recruit talent from overseas
  • Guide employers through Skilled Worker visa applications, including salary and skill threshold compliance
  • Advise on Right to Work checks to ensure compliance before employment
  • Support individuals with applications under the EU Settlement Scheme and indefinite leave to remain
  • Manage sponsor licences, ensuring businesses comply with Home Office duties
  • Handle visa applications, extensions, work permits, and asylum cases
  • Represent clients in hearings, tribunals, and appeals
  • Stay up to date with UK immigration law changes, ensuring clients receive accurate, proactive advice
  • Draft and review key legal documents, including petitions and appeals
