Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partners with Deutsche Bank to support contingent recruitment processes. On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Technical Cyber Security Program Manager for a 6 month contract based in the bank’s office on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Own and drive complex strategic program, working with technical, non-technical teams across the Bank, aligning with business goals and tech strategy. Oversee and manage the delivery of complex, cross-functional Program. Maintain and evolve portfolio dashboards, roadmaps, and delivery pipelines.
- Agile Delivery & Process Improvement: Implement Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) tailored to team needs. Drive continuous improvement in velocity, quality, and team performance. Design and maintain Jira dashboards for sprint health, epic burndown, and throughput. Automate reporting and derive actionable insights from Jira/Confluence data.
- Stakeholder Communication: Create and deliver regular updates on status, risks, and opportunities. Translate technical progress into business impact. Proactively identify delivery risks and maintain mitigation plans. Track and manage dependencies across portfolios.
Skills and Qualifications
- 15+ years’ experience in program management within tech, data and cross functional teams.
- Expert in Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting.
- Certified in Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent) or PMP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, influential and communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Good project management skills including the ability to prioritize key tasks and deliverables together with engineering and Ops teams.
