The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will manage all statutory compliance across our 490 retail branch estate, residential flats, and commercial offices. This includes ensuring records are up-to-date, accessible, and properly processed. You will lead the maintenance team, handle reactive property issues, and work closely with the health & safety team.
The ideal candidate will be professional, enthusiastic, and motivated. You should be able to take ownership of your workload and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring statutory compliance is maintained and records are accessible to all
- Managing property-related contracts such as intruder alarms, air conditioning, and portable appliance testing
- Managing the maintenance team to meet performance expectations
- Implementing and maintaining SLAs
- Collaborating with the Health & Safety team
- Handling small works issues
- Reviewing and authorizing invoices
Required competencies:
- Proven experience in property management
