Responsibilities Enhance On-Time Delivery (OTD) and service performance for strategic customers. Analyze performance metrics and lead review meetings to resolve delays. Coordinate with customers on OTD and logistics improvements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions. Support forecast management and stock level optimization. Implement tailored logistics solutions and digital transformation projects. Manage critical supply chain events and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Contribute to corporate initiatives like Lean Management and continuous improvement programs. Qualifications Bachelorβs degree in supply chain management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, Customer Service, or related areas. Strong customer focus, communication skills, and ability to manage cross-functional interactions. Proven project management skills and knowledge of Excel, SAP, and continuous improvement tools.
