We’re seeking a Salesforce Release Engineer to join our Salesforce Team. This is a new role, giving you the opportunity to influence our processes from the outset. You will be responsible for ensuring our pipelines operate smoothly, utilizing tools like Gearset and GIT repositories within Azure DevOps to support continuous deployment. You will also lead our technical relationship with Gearset, helping us grow our Salesforce platform in a sustainable and helpful way for the business. What you’ll do Maintain seamless release processes with efficient pipelines and version control Manage Gearset and GIT repositories setup to ensure stability and security Coordinate realistic release schedules accessible to all team members Monitor platform health and keep environments stable and ready for changes Identify potential issues early and collaborate on quick resolutions Prioritize a customer-first approach, focusing on users of Salesforce Why choose us Make a tangible difference in our customers’ lives daily. What you bring At least 3 years’ proven experience as a Salesforce Release Engineer Strong skills in Gearset and GIT for managing Salesforce pipelines Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset Experience working in agile teams and participating in daily stand-ups Experience managing Salesforce environments with focus on stability and security Collaborative working style that simplifies processes for everyone Note: We cannot offer sponsorship for this role due to certificate limits.
