Under the guidance of a celebrated industry figure, the restaurant is known for its outstanding cuisine, offering a mix of innovative tasting menus, classic French cuisine, and bold, adventurous flavors with perfectly balanced textures, all made with the freshest ingredients.

As Chef de Rang your responsibilities will include:

  • Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring their comfort upon arrival and providing a professional and welcoming first impression.
  • Present menus, explain dishes, and provide detailed information about ingredients and preparation methods to enhance the dining experience.
  • Accurately take and input food and beverage orders into the POS system, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
  • Serve food and beverages with precision, coordinating timing with the kitchen and bar to deliver a seamless dining experience.
  • Handle guest complaints gracefully and professionally, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and striving for quick resolution.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Michelin environment or similar high level (eg. Luxury 5 Star Hotel)
  • A right to work in the UK
  • Strong communication skills
  • Enthusiasm about your craft and a willingness to learn & grow
  • Ability to work well as a team in an environment with high expectations

The role follows a Rota of 4 doubles and 3 days off,salary of £38,000 per annum.
