TLC Resourcing is working with a successful practice in Kings Lynn, seeking a confident and capable individual to support the Kings Lynn office in delivering exceptional services to clients. The role of a Part-Qualified Accountant involves managing multiple client assignments, building relationships at peer client level, and gaining knowledge of clients' businesses. An active interest in the business world and keeping abreast of market trends and developments are essential. The role offers a fully-funded study package to achieve ACA or ACCA qualification. We are an ACCA Platinum Approved Training Provider.
Responsibilities:
- Manage one or more client assignments to completion for review by senior staff.
- Identify project issues and track progress efficiently.
- Build relationships with clients and understand their businesses.
- Stay updated on market trends and business developments.
- Develop technical skills through on-the-job experience and formal learning.
- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work effectively both in the office and at client sites.
- Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
- Prepare accounts for various entities and support clients with accounting and taxation issues.
Person Specification:
Qualifications/Knowledge (Essential):
- AAT qualified, QBE, or part-qualified ACA/ACCA.
- Audit experience.
- Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
Desirable:
- Over 1 year of practice experience.
- Good educational background (A levels or equivalent).
- International candidates must demonstrate equivalent qualifications.
