Night Maintenance

Overview The Night Maintenance employee performs guest service by ensuring that Cracker Barrel has a building and equipment that are ready for guests. Maintaining a clean appearance in public areas and a sanitized, clean food preparation area is essential for guest satisfaction and safety. Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Ensuring guest health by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the store Following Cracker Barrel Old Country Store operational policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to ensure the safety of all employees and guests during each shift Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Maintaining regular and punctual attendance Responsibilities Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation Be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays Adhere to store safety and security policies, with or without reasonable accommodation Perform various tasks within the store during each shift as needed Qualifications Ability to stand for long periods Reach and lift overhead up to 25 pounds Work in hot and cold temperature extremes for extended periods Work in environments with smoke, fumes, steam, and airborne particles Handle, operate, and control hot equipment and products safely Work at a pace that matches business demands Quick learner with the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, requesting clarification when necessary Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to build positive relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr
