Key Responsibilities
- Take a hands-on approach to evaluating product lines, always looking for ways to boost capacity, improve service levels and shorten delivery times.
- Be the vital connection across the entire supply chain - from raw materials through to production, packing, and transportation.
- Lead the monthly supply reviews, helping to guide strategic decisions and manage any challenges that arise.
- Oversee the weekly planning process, ensuring it stays responsive to seasonal shifts and evolving customer needs.
- Focus on reducing stock at risk and drive initiatives that identify issues and ensure follow-through on corrective actions.
- Work closely with the commercial and site teams to fine-tune logistics, minimise damage, and improve both cash flow and inventory management.
