This firm are a leading defendant practice that act on behalf of insurers, businesses and other suppliers to the insurance sector. They are looking for a Solicitor/Associate to work in their market leading Abuse team with 2-5 years PQE. You will handle a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated abuse cases for insurer and uninsured clients.
You will work closely with the Partner to act on behalf of sports organisations, religious institutions, schools, charities, and other public and private authorities. You will have experience in Sheriff Court appearances and in instructing agents in Court of Session. Ideally, you will have a background in handling sensitive and complex claims too.
The firm are a highly flexible firm when it comes to hybrid working; their Glasgow team attend the office once or twice a week. They are known for being "family friendly" with enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption schemes in addition to being open to flexible working hours.
