Reporting to the Head of Land Acquisition in this market-facing role, responsibilities will include:

  • Screening initial opportunities
  • Conducting initial due diligence, data room tracking, legal technical and financial appraisals
  • Running feasibility studies including running design team consultants
  • Drafting Investment Memorandums / Investment Committee Reports
  • Tracking public procurement opportunities
  • Ongoing project tracking and pipeline feasibility studies for the existing landbank
  • Land assembly

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Argus Developer
  • Existing peer group network within London land market
  • Numerically literate with a commercial focus
  • Ability to summarise commercial and technical reports
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues and senior management
  • Degree educated with a min 2:1 from a top tier university
