Support the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons tailored to the unique needs of SEN students in pre-formal or semi-formal classes.
Assist in assessing and monitoring student progress, providing support and feedback as directed by the teacher.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to facilitate the best possible outcomes for students.
Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment at all times.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent).
Experience working with students with SEN, particularly in pre-formal and semi-formal settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
