As this is a bank role we are looking for someone who can provide a minimum of 3 days per week and during busy periods the flexibility to be able to work 5 days per week.
The Role
- Assist in the financial administration of all patient accounts
- Resolve all invoice and general queries received in the department
- Provide excellent stakeholder/customer service
- Support the triage and resolution of queries raised by patients and consultants
- Ensure that information received from external stakeholders (e.g. medical secretaries) meets the minimum level of compliance
- Resolve Data Quality issues
- Assist in general office duties such as filing, post etc
- Support any other Business Administration requirement within the department
The Person
- Have experience in working in a busy customer facing business support function
- Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage and interpret the right data, and to present it in a professional manner
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Be confident in working with numbers and large volumes of data
- Be educated to GCSE level in English and Maths, with an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent
- Have excellent IT skills (Outlook/Excel/Word), keyboard skills
- Have a strong attention to detail, be persistent, resilient and determined to achieve goals set
- Ability to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders within the business
