Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of the infrastructure required for a new CRM rollout
- Take full responsibility for driving delivery to a strict completion date
- Manage third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment and accountability
- Oversee the migration, installation, and decommissioning of infrastructure and systems
- Navigate complex supplier and stakeholder management
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering technical infrastructure projects
- Track record of leading high-pressure, time-critical programmes to successful completion
- Strong background in supplier management and working with third-party vendors
- Knowledge of VMware environments, infrastructure builds, and system migrations
- Experience with CRM delivery projects
