The Opportunity

This is more than just managing customer relationships—it’s about owning the full success lifecycle, from onboarding and enablement through to expansion and retention. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients, helping them adopt AI-driven automation tools that deliver measurable results. In This Role, You Will:

  • Lead enterprise onboarding, adoption, and retention across multiple accounts
  • Design and scale repeatable success strategies with a focus on automation
  • Be the go-to advisor for clients, supporting them through transformation and change
  • Deliver customer training programs that shorten time-to-value and drive product stickiness
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Sales to keep the customer at the centre of every decision
  • Monitor account health and surface expansion opportunities early

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or similar roles
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts in a high-growth SaaS or AI/automation setting
  • Strong project management skills and a track record of scaling customer engagement models
  • Confident communicator with executive presence and the ability to influence across levels
  • Familiarity with success metrics, retention playbooks, and automation strategy
  • Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
