Were hiring two experienced Senior Residential Support Workers to join a respected childrens care provider at their homes in Chorley and Winsford . Youll be supporting young people who have experienced trauma, neglect, or abuse, leading teams to deliver therapeutic, high-quality care within a safe and nurturing home environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise staff on shift, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Act as a positive role model and provide consistent emotional support Safeguard young people and follow all safeguarding and behaviour support plans Attend care reviews and advocate on behalf of the children Support training, mentoring, and recruitment of care staff Deputise for the Registered or Deputy Manager when required What Were Looking For Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young Peoples Workforce (or equivalent) Experience working in a childrens residential home setting Proven ability to lead a team and support junior staff Understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding best practice A full UK driving licence is desirable Level 4/5 qualifications or therapeutic training is a bonus Why Join This Team?
