Keegans is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor & Employers Agent for a full-time/permanent position based in London . The role offers a hybrid working model . Responsibilities: Assist in quantity surveying duties, including pre and post-contract activities, cost reporting, cost planning, tender preparation, on-site valuations, and interim payment applications. Assist as an Employer’s Agent in contract administration, including instructions, meetings, and coordination. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information for project success. Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver projects. Engage in regular CPD activities to develop knowledge and stay updated on legislation affecting quantity surveying and employer’s agents. Qualifications and Experience: Relevant university degree or equivalent. Experience as a trainee/assistant Quantity Surveyor. Experience as a trainee/assistant Employer’s Agent is desirable. Experience working on residential properties is essential. Knowledge of working with local authorities and housing associations/developers is desirable. Knowledge of fire remediation, education, or leisure sectors is desirable.
