The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our physicians and ensuring efficient patient care. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent clinical and administrative skills, dedicated to providing a positive patient experience. Responsibilities: Room patients efficiently, ensuring comfort and readiness for examination. Accurately measure and record patient blood pressures and other vital signs. Assist physicians with minor procedures, preparing equipment and ensuring a sterile environment. Perform room turnaround for procedures promptly and effectively, maintaining cleanliness and stocking supplies. Administer injections as directed by the physician, following proper protocols and safety guidelines. Manage prior authorizations for medications, working with insurance companies and pharmacies to ensure timely approval. Triage patient calls, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to appropriate personnel. Perform phlebotomy, averaging approximately 20 blood draws per day, demonstrating proficiency and patient comfort.
