As a Creative Strategist, you’ll be part of a crucial team within Studio Hearst, helping develop impactful commercial partnership ideas for clients that are then brought to life by the wider Studio team including designers, commercial editors and videographers. ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll be joining a small, dynamic team to help develop partnership ideas in response to client briefs. It’s a fast-paced, creative role that involves working hand in hand with stakeholders across our business, from sales, to editorial, to production. As a Creative Strategy Manager, you’ll take on briefs from a range of different clients in different sectors, brainstorm partnership ideas with the team, then write compelling proposals. You’ll also help develop more proactive ideas, working with our Sales team and Publishing Directors to craft compelling commercial propositions. ABOUT YOU We’re looking for a strategist who loves to develop exciting creative ideas. You’ll have an inquiring mind, with a strong desire to understand cultural trends and what makes people tick. Not just a creative thinker who can solve tricky commercial problems with engaging media partnership ideas, you’ll also enjoy the challenge of getting to know different sectors – retail, food, travel, beauty, technology and more. An excellent storyteller, with the ability to articulate and sell your ideas, you\’ll need to be a strong collaborator who enjoys working closely with others.
