We are looking for an experienced area cleaning manager to join our team! As an Area Manager, you will be field-based and travel between site locations in and around the North East of England. A company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided, along with all necessary cleaning equipment to perform your duties.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Attending sites to resolve cleaning issues and ensure standards are met
  • Cleaning all areas of client sites, including hoovering floors and sanitising surfaces
  • Maintaining cleaning standards based on specifications
  • Following health & safety legislation at all times
  • Responding to ad hoc requests from the Management Team
  • Escalating concerns or site-level intelligence to the Area Manager
  • Completing stock checks and managing orders according to process
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues, Regional Managers, and other Area Managers
  • Supporting training and inductions for new cleaners
