We are looking for a C# Developer to join a team working for our UK-based client – the national mapping agency for Great Britain and a global leader in geospatial data and digital mapping solutions. You will be part of a project focused on building a comprehensive digital map of underground assets in the UK, contributing to the development of data pipelines, backend services, and a frontend application that support critical decision-making across government and industry. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET (Core/Framework), and related technologies. Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend logic. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and SOLID principles. Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product teams. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning).
