Building Surveyor

In this role, the successful Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing key professional services such as defect analysis, party wall, measured surveys, employers’ agent and dilapidations.

The Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to support a number of refurbishment and new build schemes, from feasibility through to design and production, across sectors including public, commercial, education, leisure and residential.

This role will suit a dynamic Building Surveyor who’s keen to make a difference within a vibrant, enthusiastic and collaborative environment and friendly, team-orientated culture.

The Building Surveyor will ideally have both project and professional services experience, within a similar consultancy environment.

• Either qualified with MRICS or on the APC pathway

• Previous employers’ agent experience would be beneficial

• Experience across a number of sectors within the commercial property space

• £35,000 – £45,000
