THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented Sales Consultant with an innate sense of style and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service to join our Fenwick concession in Newcastle. Reporting to the Retail Ops Manager, you will ensure an exceptional, on-brand customer experience, driving sales through excellent customer service and maintaining visual standards. You will engage customers with your welcoming approach, showcasing your passion and knowledge for Hush products. As a motivated individual, you will prioritise achieving KPIs and collaborating effectively within the team. Please note this is a 20-hour contract and will require some weekend working.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with our John Lewis Partners.
- Maintain floor standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Support with new product launches when required.
The Person:
- Available to work 20 hours per week, various shift patterns across Mon-Sun.
- Previous experience in fashion retail is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and build strong working relationships with our external partners.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- A genuine interest in helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.
