Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real difference? We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our dedicated team at Accenture. As a key member of our small, dynamic team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all cash received from producers is accurately allocated to customer accounts in a timely manner. This role also includes handling exceptions and resolving account discrepancies to support financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely billing in accordance with contract terms.
  • Monitor incoming payments and apply them to correct customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate customer account balances.
  • Match payments with invoices, resolve unallocated or partial payments.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or payment disputes.
  • Escalate complex issues in line with company policy.
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Ensure relevant SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are consistently met.
  • Assist Customer service team during peak time to support high non-voice volumes of requests.
  • Handle ad-hoc billing requests and support additional billing/payment tasks.
