Your Career As a Sales Executive focused on the US market, you’ll be responsible for achieving annual sales targets by securing new logos and expanding MHR’s footprint across the Human Resources sector. You’ll develop a strong understanding of the US HR market landscape and culture, while mastering MHR’s iTrent functionality through ongoing training. Your role will require adaptability, including working to US East Coast time zones when needed, to build meaningful relationships and close deals effectively. Your Team You’ll work independently yet collaboratively within MHR’s wider sales and technical teams, leveraging internal expertise to support your sales activities and ensure prospects receive comprehensive, tailored presentations. You’ll maintain rigorous documentation and pipeline management through CRM systems and ensure that all sales-related processes align with MHR’s quality standards. Your ability to self-generate and manage a strong sales pipeline will be key to meeting business objectives. Your Impact Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently deliver new business wins and contribute to revenue growth in the US market. By adopting a consultative, value-based sales approach, you’ll shape and create opportunities with new prospects, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and providing valuable market insights.
