We are seeking a flexible and skilled Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Tonbridge, Kent. This role offers the option to work consulting-only or with a surgical focus, making it ideal for a versatile vet who enjoys both consulting and surgical aspects. Our practice is structured to ensure a balanced workload with dedicated time for consultations and procedures.

Location: Tonbridge, Kent

Employment Type: Locum (3-4 weekdays per week, with optional Saturday rota participation)

Start Date: November - Ongoing (6 months)

Role Structure:

  • Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 9:00 am - 7:00 pm (10-hour shift)
  • Consultations: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm (with breaks)
  • Procedures and surgeries: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, followed by consultations from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • Saturday Rota (1 in 3): 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (8-hour shift)
  • Consultations only, with consults scheduled from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
