Our People team deals with all aspects of our employee journey - talent acquisition, employee onboarding, talent management, total rewards and employee experience and culture. In this role you will provide first-line advice, guidance and coaching in relation to Employee and Line Manager enquiries across aspects of People services as well as relationship manage and coordinate support for multi-stranded enquiries. You will be supporting the continuous improvement of a broad range of People Processes, working in partnership with the People Partners and Centres of Expertise to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and a great People experience.
Requirements
- Extensive experience of working in a HR/People function, in an advisory/administrative role with an understanding of up-to-date HR policies and processes
- Financial services experience
- Experience in dealing with a wide range of employee matters with a confident approach to supporting and advising managers throughout such processes
- The ability to organise and prioritise your own workload, to meet deadlines in a flexible, organic, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Strong execution skills and acute attention to detail
- The ability to build relationships both in person and remotely, gaining the trust of your colleagues in order to support your business area
- An analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends within a data set
- An awareness of relevant legislation such as GDPR and regulatory bodies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A CIPD qualification or currently working towards
