Role description

We are seeking a highly skilled eLearning Developer to create, edit, and refine engaging learning materials. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) and PowerPoint, along with strong instructional design experience. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong English grammar skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality eLearning courses using Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) and other authoring tools.
  • Create and edit learning materials, including eLearning content, PDFs, transcripts, assessments, videos, interactive content, and slide decks.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and instructional effectiveness by thoroughly testing and reviewing content.
  • Develop French versions of learning materials as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
  • Follow established processes and procedures while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine learning solutions and ensure alignment with instructional goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong instructional design experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and English grammar.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Camtasia, Trint, and Vyond is an asset.
  • Experience with other eLearning authoring tools is an asset.
  • Possess a strong portfolio with samples of eLearning Content Developer & Instructional Designer.
