The Opportunity Our client is seeking a Sales Support professional with a strong background in the fleet or plant hire industry to join a fast-paced and collaborative team based on the Southside. Working closely with multiple Business Development Managers, you\’ll be the backbone of our sales process – coordinating quotes, ensuring smooth client interactions and keeping everything running like clockwork. What you\’ll be responsible for Provide high-level administrative and sales support to BDMs across a range of clients and projects Prepare quotes, contracts, and proposals with accuracy and speed Liaise with clients to ensure outstanding customer service from enquiry through to delivery Maintain CRM and sales systems with meticulous attention to detail Assist in managing fleet availability and logistics coordination Follow up on leads, contracts, and pending jobs to keep momentum strong What you\’ll bring Proven experience in a Sales Support role, ideally within the fleet or plant hire sector A natural ability to juggle competing priorities and remain calm under pressure Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong computer skills (CRM, MS Office Suite) and systems savvy How do your skills match this job?
