Groundworks Foreman required to join a leading civil engineering contractor on a civil engineering project in the Wareham area. The ideal candidate will have an earthworks / civil engineering background with experience in highways, roads, groundworks, RC works, earthworks, deep drainage, externals, and heavy civils. Necessary certifications include SSSTS / SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid, along with previous civil engineering project experience. The Groundworks Foreman will work with the senior site team, managing personnel on site, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget, developing relationships with clients, consultants, and site personnel, and enforcing health and safety standards to ensure all works are completed safely.
