About the team and the job: We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Sr Director, Reporting & Analytics – International to lead enterprise-wide strategy to shape Reporting & Analytics, by gathering reporting requirements at the AIH and local level. The Reporting strategy and initiatives are centered around Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive Planning. This role is responsible for gathering requirements and then designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable reporting solutions that provide actionable insights across financial and operational domains. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning, experience with KPI development, and a passion for driving data-informed decision-making through well-structured management and operational reporting.

How you'll contribute:

  • Drive the reporting strategy based on business needs for the international Finance, Accounting and Business teams Internationally.
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive financial and operational reports using Workday Financials and Adaptive Insights.
  • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Operations, and Business Leadership to deliver relevant and timely management reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
  • Leveraging enterprise-wide metrics set by the Head of FPA, determine the strategy within Workday and other reporting tools to provide solutions align with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain self-service reporting models, data visualizations, and dashboards for executive and operational use.
  • Drive reporting automation and data integrity across.

Requirements:

  • Extensive in financial systems reporting and analytics, including deep hands-on use of Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, planning & budgeting, and operational performance metrics.
  • Proven experience developing management reporting, operational dashboards, and executive-level KPIs.
  • Solid knowledge of data governance, report security, and financial data structures.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and IT.
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Workday Prism, or similar).
