The ideal candidate will:

  • Partner with account stakeholders to report on key performance indicator (KPI) commitments, audit and enhance source data, develop insightful analytics, communicate clearly to stakeholders.
  • Work as a member of the Global Data Centre Analytics Support team to maintain and support the DCIM tool and alongside colleagues in the wider data centre services team to ensure the data is current and accurate.

Responsibilities:

  • Create / update / delete records in the tool
  • Create and maintain model information in the catalogue
  • Create / update location information including sites, floorplans, rooms etc.
  • General tool admin tasks including granting access to new users
  • Provide direction and guidance for users and support with issues
  • Coordinate with vendor to implement updates and fix issues with the tool
  • Generating reports as required with the ability to create executive level reports
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Participate & contribute to strategic planning efforts

  • Excellent business English

  • Proficient with computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Flexible hours due to global support
  • Ability to reprioritise tasks based on client needs and priorities
  • Knowledge of IT equipment
  • Time flexibility due to international business hours
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of ServiceNow, Knowledge of DCIM
