Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong mechanical or electrical background? Do you thrive in a leadership role and feel ready for your next challenge? As the Site Manager, you will oversee all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across the site, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This is a client-facing role, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. We are looking for an approachable, proactive professional who can inspire and motivate a small team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and be confident in supporting where needed, while ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Ensure all work complies with regulations
- Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections
- Hold regular meetings and briefings with on-site engineers
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring safe and efficient work delivery
- Review and approve RAMs, permits, and site documentation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet targets
- Hold SMSTS certification
- Have a background in M&E
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
