Job Title: Head of Business Development Location Base: National Total Reward Package: £87,500- £99,000 Basic Salary between £70,000 – £80,000 Car or Car Allowance (£7,000) 15% Bonus Holidays – 25 days+ 8 bank holidays per annum (increasing with service to 30+8) Pension with Company Contribution of 6% Life Insurance of 2 x salary Fuel Card with discount Free Onsite Parking Cycle to Work Scheme Local Gym Discounts Training and Development Employee Assistance Programme Summary of the Role The Head of Business Development is responsible for driving Oxalis’ Business Development Strategy to grow Oxalis’ portfolio of clients and explore new business opportunities. The Head of Business Development identifies, makes contact and builds professional relationships with prospective clients with the objective of attaining new business in line with Oxalis’ requirements. In addition, the Head of Business Development will undertake detailed analysis, conduct market studies and attend trade events in order to promote and grow the Oxalis brand across existing and emerging sectors. Key duties: Build new and enhance existing relationships with prospective clients to attain new business in line with Oxalis’ requirements. Create and deliver Oxalis’ Business Development Strategy Take a leading role in new business tenders Lead contract negotiations for new business wins Represent Oxalis at professional, industry and trade events Provide leadership, development and support to Oxalis’ teams enabling them to deliver their best every day in line with and demonstrating our company values of Innovation, Responsibility, Agility and Respect Responsibilities: Continuous engagement with potential client decision makers, users & influencers Manage the New Business Pipeline Grow existing client base Researching industry data for new sales opportunities Coach, manage and motivate Oxalis’ teams to reach their full potential.
