We’re seeking a Quality Team Lead to drive excellence and ensure our products consistently meet and exceed the highest standards. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our quality initiatives, ensuring our products are built with precision and reliability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading with Impact: Guide, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of Quality professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth. You will help your team members reach their full potential, manage schedules, and ensure they have the training and skills needed to succeed.
- Driving Quality Excellence: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to embed quality throughout our processes. You will champion best practices to ensure our products consistently meet or exceed manufacturing requirements and customer expectations.
- Solving Complex Challenges: Dive into quality issues, analyse data, and implement effective solutions. You will monitor performance, report on key metrics, and take proactive actions to drive improvements.
- Ensuring Compliance & Standards: Uphold our commitment to quality by ensuring adherence to all relevant standards and communicating any concerns effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Championing Our Values: Exemplify and embed our core values within your team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Education/Experience Qualifications: We are looking for a proactive and experienced quality professional with a strong leadership mindset:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience in quality within an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a knack for coordinating teams and inspiring performance.
- Expert problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and drive actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and HLA (Higher Level Assembly) product builds is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex information and collaborating effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for data analysis and presentations.
- The ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
