AV Investment Director

Overview Zenith is hiring an AV Investment Director to lead AV strategy and buying across a cluster of major clients – including Very , Coty , and other exciting household names. This is a senior leadership role in a dynamic, collaborative team where you\’ll oversee delivery across TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV , and Cinema . You\’ll help drive innovation, secure maximum value from partners, and lead a team of AV specialists to deliver best-in-class work.Responsibilities What you\’ll be doing:Lead AV investment strategy, planning, and buying across a portfolio of high-profile clientsManage and develop a team of AV planners and buyers, providing clear direction, coaching, and feedbackCollaborate with media planners to shape integrated responses to client briefsNegotiate with media owners to secure optimal value and innovation for campaignsOwn client relationships for AV, acting as a senior point of contact and strategic advisorOversee financial and audit processes, ensuring compliance and efficiencyMonitor AV market trends and audience insights to keep strategies sharp and future-focusedQualifications What you\’ll bring:Extensive experience in AV planning and buying across all major channels (TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, Cinema)Proven leadership of teams and strong people development skillsConfident managing client relationships and presenting to senior stakeholdersDeep understanding of UK media trading and audit environmentsA commercial mindset, collaborative approach, and ability to challenge the status quoAdditional information Zenith UK has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
