What the job involves Lead deal execution process, including market analysis, financial due diligence, legal structuring, and negotiations Develop and review financial models Prepare investment memoranda and draft Term Sheets Monitor portfolio companies and facilitate value creation initiatives Generate analyses and recommendations for invested companies Produce periodic portfolio company commentaries Who we are looking for Experience leading deals within private equity. Ideally with exposure to the food industry Exceptional project management and organisational skills, capable of managing complex workloads in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical capabilities and advanced financial and business modelling skills Effective communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior management.
