We seek a Vice President to join the EMEA Real Estate team in London, focusing on origination and execution of new credit investments across Europe for the Real Estate Credit Partners (RECP) fund series. RECP is one of the largest real estate credit originators globally, investing over $20bn since 2009 in high-yielding loans to high-quality sponsors. The role involves originating, underwriting, and executing new investments in Europe, working closely with regional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of investment transactions, from origination to underwriting, structuring, due diligence, and execution.
• Manage a deal team, including an associate and analyst per transaction, and coordinate with external advisors. Collaborate with regional and sector teams, asset management, construction, and ESG professionals.
• Present to external and internal stakeholders, including Investment Committees and fund LPs.
• Build and develop sponsor coverage relationships.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record sourcing and executing credit deals and developing sponsor relationships, with experience in Debt Capital Markets and Private Equity firms.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Relevant degree in Finance, Business, or related field, with excellent academic and professional records.
• 8+ years in Real Estate Finance, with prior loan origination experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter, proactive, responsible, influential, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• European language skills are a plus.
