The UK's leading FM company is seeking a Fabric Engineer to be based at an industrial site in Coventry. This client is our biggest account, with a strong reputation for staff development and low staff turnover. Responsibilities:
- Provide reactive and proactive maintenance services
- Perform multi-skilled maintenance, including minor electrical and mechanical work
- Ensure mechanical and electrical equipment operates at optimal performance
- Meet key performance indicators
- Carry out modifications and installations as needed
- Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
- Maintain tools and equipment to standard
- Communicate effectively with clients and management
