Commercial Asset Manager – Office, Retail & Industrial Assets I’m pleased to announce that I am partnering with a rapidly expanding real estate Investor/ Developer with a dynamic and growing commercial portfolio across the UK. They are looking for a Commercial Asset Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving performance across a range of assets. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded individual looking to build on existing asset or investment management experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee financial and operational performance across a varied portfolio of commercial assets • Assist in developing and implementing asset business plans to maximise value • Collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, and consultants to manage day-to-day operations • Support leasing activity, rent reviews, and service charge analysis • Prepare and present regular performance reports and asset-level updates to senior leadership • Contribute to value-add initiatives, including capex planning, ESG improvements, and repositioning strategies Requirements : • 2–3 years’ experience in real estate asset management • Degree-qualified in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical subject • Confident working with internal stakeholders, external partners, and third-party service providers • Motivated, commercially aware, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery As the business continues to scale, this role offers clear progression opportunities and the chance to help shape a growing portfolio during a key phase of expansion.
