Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Contributing to high-quality service delivery. Supporting Cost Managers with cost estimates, cost plans, tender documentation, and tender management. Evaluating tenders and reporting on them. Valuating completed work and managing payments. Preparing final accounts and administering construction contracts. Preparing reports for clients. About You Requirements: You will have graduated or be graduating before August 2025. You have the right to live and work in the UK. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Good organizational skills and adaptability. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Lively, enthusiastic, conscientious, and precise. Outgoing, team-oriented, and people-focused.
