Role Overview
Working across multiple departments, this Duty Manager role offers the opportunity to work as part of the F&B and Front Office teams in our bustling hotel. You will be a hands-on manager with experience in a busy Food & Beverage Department. This role is ideal for those looking to develop from Junior HoD to a Senior HoD role.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the smooth operation of all customer-facing departments, including working with the breakfast team, managing busy check-out periods, and checking bedrooms with the Housekeeping Manager.
- Experience in Guest Relations and an interest in local trends are advantageous.
- Potential progression to Head of Department and then to DGM within Malmaison or Hotel Du Vin.
