The prior experience gained from working as a sports coach will be vital as you will have the knowledge and experience necessary to best support your students and remove any barriers to learning. Due to this we are requiring candidates to have a minimum of 6 months, ideally 12 months, experience working with SEN children/young people. What we are looking for: Energetic, enthusiastic, and committed individuals. Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and organization skills. Enjoy working as part of a team of dynamic professionals. Possess high expectations and a commitment to raising standards at all levels. Positive attitude and hold a passion for supporting and enabling every child to reach their full potential. What you will need: Relevant SEN training or additional qualifications are desirable, but not essential. Availability full-time; Monday to Friday; 08:30am – 15:30pm (Term-time only) Previous experience working in a school setting an advantage, but not essential.
