The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne is recruiting for a Restaurant Manager. We are seeking a strong Restaurant Manager to work alongside the Head Chef. The hotel is located on the seafront, holds two rosettes, and caters for 60 covers. You will be responsible for all front-of-house operations, focusing on delivering 5-star service and ensuring a memorable guest experience. Be proactive in addressing guest requests and issues promptly.

You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, serving lunch and dinner. The restaurant operates for lunch and dinner only; flexibility for split shifts is essential. Assist in other departments, mainly The Lounge, during quieter periods.
